No man has the right to be an amateur in the matter of physical training. It is a shame for a man to grow old without seeing the beauty and strength of which his body is capable.

Meet Andy
My fitness journey started at 14. By 16, I was coaching others, and by 24, I had built elite levels of strength and fitness.
I was super fit, but beneath the surface, I wasn’t super healthy.
Burned-out adrenals and depleted energy forced a sobering question: If I feel like this now, what will 65 feel like?
That’s when my perspective shifted… Resolved to re-energize myself. I spent the next decade exploring holistic practices, diving into Traditional Chinese Medicine, Ayurveda, Naturopathy, yoga, Chi Gong, and meditation and everything in-between. I traveled the world to learn from the best, reshaping my entire approach to health and fitness.
Today, my philosophy is simple: health allows us to live longer; fitness enables us to do what we love for longer.

My personal goal? To be a beast at 85. It’s not about breaking records now, it’s about training smart, recovering well, and taking care of the body for the long haul: strong, mobile, flexible, and balanced.
After 20 years of coaching, I’ve refined unshakeable principles that form the foundation of my approach. I’m a specialist who doesn’t specialize, drawing wisdom across disciplines, blending what works best for my clients, free of any polarizing dogma (no hyping TRT hormone supplementation or the latest biohack).
If there's one truth I've learned, it's this: it depends. Fitness and health are full of nuance, and every client deserves an approach built for them.
Just as I once sought expertise beyond my hometown, many of my clients are looking for something their local gym doesn’t offer. That’s why I coach remotely. I deliver expert, personalized guidance to men ready to build strength, resilience, and lasting health, wherever they are.
The underlying mission: One of the most rewarding experiences in my career was working with a family over three years. I witnessed firsthand how the father’s transformation inspired his children to adopt healthier habits. It reinforced a core belief: a father’s example shapes a family’s health. I take great pride in working with fathers, guiding them to lead by example and inspire lasting change within their families. I feel great calling to help deliver health and fitness to the younger generation, using physical training as the entry point, and so am involved in development programs aimed at family engagement, especially for fathers and sons.
Today, I live in Costa Rica with my wife and young son. I take my faith, family, health, strength, and conditioning seriously — and I practice what I preach, whether through surfing, Brazilian jiu-jitsu, or daily training.
My Coaching Approach

• Focused on driving results. Not here to play the influencer game. You won’t find me posting trends or polarizing views to chase likes. Most of my work time is spent servicing my clients 1:1.
• A student of the wise. I study under legends with decades of wisdom from people like Dan John, Paul Chek, and Charles Poliquin. I am not following the loudest voices online.
• Not subscribed to any one dogma. I learn, practice, take what works, and leave what doesn’t. I realize no single method works for everyone.
• Spot patterns across disciplines. Yoga has its forward fold, backbend, and twist, and training has its push, pull, hinge, squat, and loaded carry. Noticing patterns lets me see through fluff and focus on what matters.
• Family life changes the game. As a father, I understand the pressure and unpredictability that comes with family life.
• Long-term experience working within a high-performing family system. I’ve coached within the daily life of a family for years. I understand firsthand what it takes to integrate serious fitness into a very full and engaged life.
• Respect for a variety of modalities. I respect Western medicine but often lean on natural healing first: herbs, homeopathy, acupuncture, and rest.
• Training is an act of discipline. Fitness is a vehicle for practicing something much deeper - discipline. As a man of faith, I believe cultivating discipline is an act in honor of God.
Our Greater
Mission:
Strong Body, Strong mind, Strong Future…
We started this fitness business because we believe a healthy, strong, fit, robust body lays the foundation for a peaceful, creative, clear mind. For a strong future, we need people who respect the importance of this tightly woven relationship and actively work on it.
Physical training is a way back into our bodies, and through that, into more connected lives. When we commit to training with intention, things shift. We start to imagine a lifestyle that’s more active, more grounded, more free.
That’s what we’re building toward: a physical center where people come to build the strength and capacity to live well, raise their families close to nature, and bring bold ideas to life. For now, it starts here with founders like you, building a strong foundation and remembering what our bodies are built for.
